Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable items cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a invoice or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Products with obvious signs of use
  • Products that has been opened without intimating to Solinvo
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery or signing handover.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@solinvo.com with your invoice number and project details.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit.

If you need to return or exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@solinvo.com and need to send your item to our office address.

We don’t replace items which are damaged by customer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SOLINVO WARRANTY

Basic Terms and Conditions to avail WARRANTY: 

Thank you for your interest in Solinvo’s products and services. 

The Limited warranty applies on physical goods, purchased from our company. SOLINVO is not responsible for any product warranty between Solinvo’s distributors, Third Party Equipment and their end users. 

SOLINVO offers a standard one year limited warranty with the purchase of all of its products. 

Additional extended warranties are also available and it will be considered by Solinvo’s concerned person. 

It is certified that the Solinvo is warrantied for free repairs up to 1 years from the date of purchase against manufacturing faults.

This warranty is invalid under the following circumstances. 

  • 1. If the appliances are not used in accordance with the operational manual supplied by the company or any misuse. 
  • 2. If the unit is damage after a fall or a shock. 
  • 3. If dismantled or tampered with any way. 
  • 4. If opened without knowledge of Solinvo engineer. 
  • 5. Any fault occurred due to incorrect power supply. 
  • 6. Use other than intended purpose of appliances will void the warranty. 
  • Under no circumstances, does the warranty cover consequential damages. 
  • No charge will be made for parts or labor involved: Only transport charges shall be paid by the consumer/buyer. 
  • The Solinvo products are warrantied to be free of all workmanship and materials defects. The warranty covers free replacement of parts ONCE only during warranty period of 1 year from the date of purchase. 
  • Warranty of accessories supplied will be of 6 months 

Limited warranty covered points : 

During the warranty period, the devices will be repaired free of cost. Even the services and replacement of the components are free of cost. 

For Repairing: 

The well qualified and experienced team works on repairing. They will correct the problem, replace parts and check within latest technology utility. 

Warranty Coverage: 

From the date of purchase of the device, a warranty will start for RMA Processing. The customer will cover shipping cost from their end for sending devices to Solinvo and Solinvo will cover return shipping cost for the customer. 

If Solinvo will come to know about breached warranty conditions then it would be chargeable for customer. 

For RMAs returned to a customer, that upon customer inspection original problem still exhibit as described in RMA form, SOLINVO will cover shipping costs of additional repair. 

Time for Repairing: 

In the warranty period, devices will be repaired in 2-3 days in Delhi NCR 

and 4-5 days outside NCR and will depend on availability of part which needs to be repaired.
